Judges Plead Guilty in Payoffs for Jailing Youths

Luzerne County Pennsylvania judges, Mark A. Ciavarella Jr., and Michael T. Conahan, plead guilty to wire fraud and income tax fraud for taking more than $2.6 million in kickbacks to send teenagers to two privately run youth detention centers.

Boy Impersonates Chicago Police Officer

A 14-year-old boy was able to convince Chicago Police that he was an actual police officer for about 5 hours on January 24, 2009.
